Unique Opportunity to enjoy a beer and food tasting at our Beer Festival on the Isle of Man. 12-14 April 2018
Christine is a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers, writing regularly on beers and breweries. She is also a Master Trainer (People 1st , part of the Hospitality Guild). She trains both trade and the general public on a variety of topics including beer flavours and beer judging. She is a regular judge for CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Britain, the International Beer Challenge and is an accredited European Beer Consumer Union judge. Christine is passionate about beer and food matching, giving tutored tastings on the topic including at the BBC Good Food Show.
Christine is running three sessions:
Friday 1.30pm and Saturday 1.30pm: Beer & Cheese: A traditional combination and a great one for lunchtimes. Five cheeses and beers will be tasted.
Saturday 6.30pm: Beer and Chocolate: A totally indulgent session and an eye opener for those who think that that chocolate doesn’t go with beer, it does! Five beers and five chocolates.
£10 per person per session.
